Social recruitment. A one-hour phone interview, actually not difficult, but unfortunately I was not well-prepared. I thought they would call me directly for the interview at the scheduled time, but then I suddenly realized that I needed to join a meeting using Chime 
. I ended up in a rush to set up Chime and was 7 minutes late. The interviewer was very kind and patient, showing understanding and sympathy. It started with a warm-up question, how to duplicate all elements of an array to create a new array. [1,2] becomes [1,2,1,2]. Then there was a behavioral question.
