This was a failed interview for me, as I don’t really understand front-end development well. The interviewer asked about CSS preprocessor, prototypal inheritance, and accessibility, which seemed manageable. Then, there were coding questions all in JavaScript. The first question had three parts, asking for the return values in different scenarios. The second question involved a graphic with a link and a box, requiring a pop-up box when the link was clicked. I had to write HTML, JavaScript, and CSS on the spot, which wasn’t too difficult. Despite my limited skills, I managed to complete it, but I probably didn’t do well overall since I lack understanding in front-end development. I should be more cautious in applying for positions next time.
