Back in college, I applied to a certain company and got rejected… twice! Now, after almost two years of working, a recruiter reached out to me again, so I thought why not give it a try. I work in frontend development, so I applied for a frontend position. Had a phone interview at noon today. I was hoping for frontend-related questions (a colleague of mine got asked to write a UI), but the interviewer threw me two algorithm questions instead, one easy and one medium. The interviewer had good English and was very friendly, communication was smooth.
I feel like I didn’t handle the complexity well and struggled with time management. By the standards of that company, I might end up being rejected…
That’s it for now, just hoping for some insights.
