HR had a good chat initially, then scheduled a phone interview. The interview was conducted through CoderPad share screen with an Indian interviewer who had worked at Yahoo for seven to eight years before joining Airbnb for over a year.
The interview questions were related to debugging, and despite thinking it went well, I was informed that I didn’t pass. HR mentioned it was due to spending too much time on debugging. I expressed my frustration to HR, but it didn’t lead to any resolution.
