Recently, someone posted something similar. Although it’s not much different, I’ll share my personal experience.
First, chat with the recruiter and become friends, then send a link for assessment:

IQ questions 50/50.

Culture fit for about 30 minutes, basically 10-20 questions asked in different ways, so remember your previous answers.

Then the recruiter sends a CodeSignal link.
Note that if you have completed the CodeSignal Frontend assessment in the past six months, you cannot redo it. You must submit the previous score. So, be careful.
The recruiter quickly matched with the team and arranged a VO.
Overall, the experience was good, except for the hiring manager. The recruiter said it was very close, 3/4 passed, but the hiring manager did not pass. Disappointing. They said I could try again after six months.
