My experience interviewing at Agoda

I recently went through the interview process with Agoda, a well-known product-based travel tech company. Here’s a breakdown of my experience:

Online Assessment:
The process started with a coding assessment, where I successfully solved 8 HTML/CSS questions and 2 JavaScript coding problems. It was well-structured and focused on real-world frontend scenarios.

HR Screening:
A short and smooth interaction to understand my background, notice period, and interest in the role.

HackerRank Round:
I cleared both JavaScript problems with 100% test case pass. It was a great validation of hands-on problem-solving.

Platform Round:
This round focused on frontend architecture and JavaScript depth:

JavaScript concepts: Hoisting, Class behavior, SSR vs. CSR

Frontend structure: Atomic design architecture

Testing practices and debugging

HR Salary & Relocation Discussion:
The discussion was respectful and smooth. I
Unfortunately, after clearing all technical rounds and waiting 15 days, I received a rejection email without a managerial round. It felt disappointing, especially after progressing so far.
