I applied online and received a contact from HR the same day, along with the CodeSignal online assessment. After completing it that night, I received an interview invitation from Karat the next day.

I was contacted by HR to schedule an HR call, which was set for the 18th. The call was just a casual discussion about my resume and background.
I didn’t receive the email about scheduling an onsite interview for a while. After following up a week later, I realized they had already sent it to me; I just hadn’t seen it. The onsite interview was scheduled for September 16th. Maybe if I had scheduled it earlier, I wouldn’t have missed it.
