- Asked me questions above java to test my understanding. All of it was non coding – I just had to verbally explain the different concepts to them etc.
- Technical
- Asked me to implement an audit framework to track user actions (health tech so is crucial) – did so in python. Follow ups were around optimization, size of actions, and storage constrains. – relativelys traightforward
- Director call
- Final interview with director testing for approach to dev as well as philosophy and scope for growth. Intimidating and challening but in the end they were mainly testing for ability to take feedback and answer with honesty so did ok!
Got an offer a week after and accepted it!
The interview experience has not changed much. They do take more AI stuff into account and their number of rounds have changed.
