The first call I had with Synthesia was with the hiring manager. He asked me question about how I would catch and monitor FE performance issues, questions about projects where I had a ownership from end-to-end, he was looking for large projects spanning multiple months, and my role in them.
I did not pass, the feedback I was give was that I did not demonstrate ownership, but I think the real reason was that I called him out on FE app performance issues, saying that most performance issues can be avoided if you follow best practices.
