Hello everyone, I landed a front-end intern position in December. The front-end question bank is not very deep, but I missed the opportunity, so I was very sad and didn’t share my interview experience. The interview experiences on this platform have helped me a lot along the way, so I am sharing mine today to give back to everyone. I prepared by going through the interview experiences on this platform and Grassdoor, compiling a detailed list of resources. Next is my interview details:
【1st round】Phone call with HR
HR asked some basic JavaScript questions over the phone, similar to the interview experiences shared here.
【2nd round】Phone interview
- Event emitter
- Clearing all timeouts
- Debounce
These were high-frequency questions found here and on BFE with related code. Since I was familiar with the questions, I was able to handle the follow-ups well, and I moved to the next round on the same day.

Finally, I’d like to add a few words, hoping that those who have interviews can seize the opportunity, practice on the BFE website, and not just focus on solving the questions but also think about possible variations/follow-ups at each step.
